Year 6 visited Reception to meet their buddies. They spent time playing with them and getting to know them. They can’t wait to help and support them throughout their first year at St. Jude’s.
Inviting our buddies to celebrate
Year 6 made invitations to invite their Reception buddy and their parents to a welcoming Prayer and Liturgy. They hand delivered their invitations and the Reception children were so excited to receive them!
Buddy Prayer and Liturgy
Year 6 children welcomed their buddy into our school with a special Prayer and Liturgy. Reception parents were invited to share in this celebration. Year 6 presented their buddies with a seed which they will plant together as they support their buddy to ‘Learn, love and grow with Jesus.’
