Last week, our Year 6 artists explored the work of photographer Edward Weston and discovered the fascinating world of macro photography. They experimented with getting up close to fruits and vegetables, looking carefully at shape, texture, pattern and detail.
The children then put their skills into practice, taking their own close-up photographs inspired by Weston’s work. It was amazing to see how ordinary fruit and vegetables could become such interesting photographic subjects! 🍊🌽📷
