At St. Jude’s we have lots of fun playing together each breaktime. Games include skipping and ball games as well as free play with a range of equipment. If you visit you may even see our staff showing off their skipping skills too!
Year 1 loved their visit from the farm. They enjoyed holding the rabbit, stroking the animals, walking the sheep and feeding the calf.
A tough afternoon, but the team played well and were excellent sportsmen given the difficult week we had at school and the warm, humid weather. A good few learning points gathered for our next game. Keep at it, St Jude’s!
We visited the Manchester Museum to take a trip through time on their Time Odyssey adventure. Using iPads, augmented reality and an interactive game, we saw incredible exhibits, marvelled at interesting artefacts and were set challenges to help our historic character return to their time period.
